Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our Nursing Service Department team. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of improving lives through safe and effective healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing operations and ensure efficient deployment of nursing staff across units.
• Monitor and support the implementation of patient care plans, hospital policies, and nursing standards.
• Oversee the daily activities of nursing units and ensure proper endorsements and continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely nursing documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Licensed Nurse by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• With at least nine (9) units of Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must have at least two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory role and five (5) years clinical experience in the hospital setting.
• Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas.

This is to inform everyone that our PRIME DOCTORS AMBULATORY CARE AND DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC will be CLOSED to give way to the CONSTRUCTION of our MAIN HOSPITAL BUILDING starting this June 2024.

Kindly coordinate with your respective doctors on your OPD consultation follow up and other concerns for it to be properly addressed.

In addition, our ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE will continue its operations daily from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. The NEW OFFICE is located at the GROUND PARKING LEVEL of the main hospital building.
