In line with Executive Order No. 84 (Series of 1999), March is officially 𝙍𝘼𝘽𝙄𝙀𝙎 𝘼𝙒𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙃 in the Philippines. This isn't just a proclamation; it’s a call to action for every pet owner and citizen! 🇵🇭

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅?
Rabies is typically transmitted through bites or scratches from infected animals (most commonly dogs and cats) when their saliva hits an open wound or mucous membrane. While rare, it can even be transmitted via inhalation or organ transplants.

5 𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆 🐶✨
Don't wait for an accident to happen. Be a responsible "fur-parent" and follow these essentials:
• 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆: Keep your pet’s shots up-to-date with your trusted vet.
• 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀: Keep your furry friends indoors or under your direct watch.
• 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝘆 & 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿: This helps reduce the number of stray animals who may not receive proper care. 🐾
• 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀: If bitten or scratched, wash the area immediately with soap and running water.
