In support of National Awareness Month last February, our dedicated Barangay Health Workers participated in a lay forum led by Dra. Mary Milisa B. Catedral-Alili, Assistant Chief – Section of Oncology. The session focused on what truly matters to our communities: understanding cancer, recognizing early warning signs, learning prevention strategies, and knowing when to seek timely medical care.

By strengthening their knowledge and confidence, our Barangay Health Workers are better equipped to guide patients and families; providing reliable information, encouraging early screening, and helping ensure prompt referral when needed.
