Ang scoliosis ay isang kondisyon kung saan nagkakaroon ng pabaluktot na curve sa spine. Ito'y maaaring magdulot ng discomfort at limitasyon sa mga araw-araw na gawain. 🌈✨

Huwag mag-alala! Ang mga serbisyong rehabilitasyon tulad ng physical therapy ay may malaking ambag sa pagbawi ng kalidad ng buhay ng mga may scoliosis. 🏋️‍♀️💪

Nais naming magbigay ng kamalayan sa ngayong Hypertension Awareness Month! Sa panahong ito, mahalagang magkaroon ng kaalaman tungkol sa hypertension o high blood pressure.

Si Maria ay nagtatrabaho sa opisina. Palaging busy sa kanyang trabaho. Dahil sa mataas na stress level, hindi niya napapansin ang mga sintomas ng hypertension. Madalas siyang nahihilo, masakit ang kanyang ulo, at nanghihina kapag nasa trabaho.

Dahil sa kanyang kalagayan, nagpasya siyang magpakonsulta sa doktor. Sa pamamagitan ng mga physical therapy sessions at tamang pag-inom ng mga gamot, bumababa ang kanyang blood pressure at nabawasan ang kanyang stress level. Mas nakakapagtrabaho na siya nang walang pagod at hindi na nahihilo.

Kung ikaw ay may hypertension, tandaan na hindi dapat ito balewalain! Kailangan mong magpakonsulta sa tamang doktor at gumawa ng mga pagbabago sa iyong pamumuhay. Sa tulong namin, makakapag-improve ang kalidad ng iyong buhay at magiging mas malakas ka pa sa trabaho at sa araw-araw mong buhay.

🔥Sobrang init! Panahon na para mag-ingat laban sa init ng araw! Iwasan ang heatstroke sa pamamagitan ng pag-inom ng sapat na tubig at pagpapalamig ng katawan. Alamin ang iba pang mga tips mula sa WHO sa video na ito.

🌡Nakaranas ng heat stroke? Huwag mag-alala! Narito ang aming mga physical at occupational therapist upang matulungan kayo. Rehabilitasyon ang isang paraan upang maiwasan ang posibleng pangmatagalang pinsala sa kalusugan. Bisitahin ang aming klinika at matuto.
