🔹 Vertex (Cephalic) – HEAD DOWN ✔️
• Most common & safest
• Ideal for vaginal delivery 🤱💛

🔹 Occiput Anterior (OA) – BEST POSITION ⭐
• Baby facing mom’s back
• Smoothest, easiest delivery

🔹 Occiput Posterior (OP) – “SUNNY SIDE UP” ☀️
• Baby facing mom’s belly
• May cause longer labor & back pain

🔹 Breech – FEET OR BUTT FIRST ❌
• Not ideal for normal delivery
• May require C-section

🔹 Transverse – SIDEWAYS 🚫
• Baby lying horizontally
• Needs medical evaluation & often C-section

TIPS TO ENCOURAGE HEAD-DOWN POSITION 🤰⬇️

• Sit with hips above knees 🪑
• Gentle pelvic tilts 🧘‍♀️
