Tuwang tuwa ang aking puso na para bang gusto kong umiyak sa saya dahil sa panibagong blessing ni Lord…isa pang munting anghel ang ipinagkatiwala ng Diyos sa akin…bagamat di biro ang pinagdaanan namin ng kanyang mga magulang, ALL IS WORTH IT!!! ❤️🙏❤️

Konting kwento lang po…
- 2 years infertility due to PCOS and teratozoos***mia (poor s***m quality)
- i did 2 cycles of ovulation induction with IUI and boom, positive pregnancy test!!
- mommy developed gestational diabetes mellitus na di kinaya ng oral meds kaya nag-insulin sya😞
- mommy developed hypertension o high blood pressure @30 weeks 😞
- mommy had preterm labor @32 weeks 😞
- mommy had pre-eclampsia with severe 😞features (sobrang taas ng BP) with impending eclampsia (risk of convulsion due to elevated BP) @34 weeks (preterm) - Kinailangan kong ideliver si baby…❤️🙏❤️

But God’s healing hands did not allow anything bad to happen to both Mommy and baby. Mommy is stable and baby is just a grower and does not need oxygen support nor incubator. ❤️🙏❤️ GOD, You are so good!!! 🙏🙏🙏

We have a baby!!!! 🙏❤️🙏

Two weeks ago, what we have is just a home pregnancy test kit which tested positive and confirmed by elevated beta-hcg (blood test for pregnancy)…and now we have a heart beat ❤️💗❤️

Congratulations to the couple who had PCOS…now, their infertility is just a history! ❤️🙏🎉

“The blessed 29”🙏❤️🙏

Case #1.

29 y/o with polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), infertility o di magkaanak for 1 year. After 2 cycles of ovulation induction (pagpapaitlog) with timed coitus (scheduled sexual contact) = positive pregnancy test!!!! Praying for an intrauterine gestation confirmed via transvaginal ultrasound in two weeks 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Case #2.

29 y/o with COMPLETE septate uterus (uterus is divided into 2 by a thick band of tissue). Patient has infertility for 5 years. I removed her septum (with polyps) via hysteroscopic resection and after 2 months she got pregnant. 🙏❤️ Sadly, she had miscarriage (note: this is common in women with previous uterine operation). But with God’s grace, she got pregnant again and now she has a baby @ 6 weeks and 2 days with good fetal heart beat!!! 🙏❤️🙏

Last year, I was inducted as Fellow of Philippine Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy - Laparoscopy…the experience was like a dream come true…. and now, as PSGE Fellow in Hysteroscopy…a very surreal and humbling moment in my life ❤️🙏😭🥰😇

Maraming maraming salamat po sa LAHAT ng naging parte ng journey ko na ito….to all the OR staff, PGH REI fellows-in-training, PSGE examiners, my patient during the exam and most especially my mentors in PGH who constantly supported me and inspired me to pursue this endeavor. 🥰🥰🥰 mula po sa puso ko, MARAMING SALAMAT PO!

Five years of wanting to have a baby…monthly negative pregnancy test, and now, they are POSITIVE!!!! 🎉❤️🙏

This couple has primary infertility due to BOTH female and male factors: PCOS (ovulatory dysfunction), advanced maternal age (34 years old) and teratozoos***mia (abnormal s***m morphology).

Just ONE cycle of Ovulation induction and Intrauterine Insemination PLUS a lot of faith and prayers, and BOOM, they are PREGNANT!!!

❤️🙏❤️Successful Infertility Stories❤️🙏❤️

Sometimes, we feel like we are fighting an uphill battle or travelling a rocky road…Some situations may seem impossible to overcome, but in most times, what we need is to be STILL and have FAITH in Him. 🙏🙏🙏

Case # 1.
- 37 y/o
- Primary infertility (di magkaanak) for 3 years due to advanced maternal age and uterine factor (endometrial polyps o mga bukol sa matres)
- I did hysteroscopic polypectomy (procedure to remove the polyp using a camera) with biopsy result revealing polyps with atypia (pre-cancerous)
- I managed her with high dose progesterone medications for 6 months
- Repeat diagnostics showed secretory endometrium (normal lining of the uterus)
- 2 months after: Pregnancy test positive & ultrasound revealed live intrauterine pregnancy 6 5/7 weeks with good fetal heart tones ❤️❤️❤️

Case #2
- 38 y/o
- Secondary infertility for 5 years due to Adenomyosis with adenomyoma (pamamaga ng matres na may kasamang myoma); Pelvic endometriosis with left endometriotic cyst (pagbalik ng dugo papunta sa obaryo); Severe pelvic adhesions (matinding pagdidikit-dikit ng mga internal organs)
- She previously underwent RSO (removal of right o***y) by another doctor that’s why she only have one o***y left
- She and her husband consulted me for operation. They were ready for her uterus to be removed because she was suffering from severe pain due to her conditions. I offered her intensive medical management for 6 months afterwhich, BOOM! Pregnancy test positive!!! Transvaginal ultrasound showed intrauterine gestational sac!!!! ❤️🙏❤️

For me, one of the best feelings, is to be able to deliver a healthy baby and to know that I was able to make a woman’s pregnancy journey less stressful and a lot more memorable and fulfilling. 💓💓💓
