We are looking for passionate volunteers who share our values and mission:
☑️ Moms with at least 12 months of breastfeeding experience, OR
☑️ Medical or nutrition professionals who actively support mother-baby dyads in their work.
☑️ DO NOT HAVE conflict of interest (COI) under the Philippine Milk Code of 1986 or E.O. 51.
☑️ Willing to commit time and talent to volunteer, which may include teaching breastfeeding classes, providing breastfeeding counseling, and related tasks.

Breastfeeding Counseling Training happening on February 7-8, 2025 (Friday to Saturday)! 📅✨

Venue: Casa San Pablo Bed & Breakfast located at Colago Avenue, Brgy. San Roque, San Pablo City.

Training contribution: PHP 1,000 per participant

This is a full board arrangement covering overnight accommodation and meals for two days.

👶 Kids are welcome! The training hall is spacious, and we’ll provide a kiddie corner for children to play while you attend the training. With a guardian, they can explore the venue's amenities.

If you plan to bring your baby and/or family, please let us know. We’re happy to assist with arranging additional meals or rooms for your family, but please note that the costs for these will be your responsibility.

We made new BREASTfriends!!!

On August 19, Laguna Human Milk Bank at IFST had the honor of hosting a lecture about the importance of breastfeeding and human milk banking followed by an insightful tour of our facility. We had the privilege of interacting and sharing this experience with our new BREASTfriends from the Sustainable Urban Development Program (SUDP) participants representing UPM 🇵🇭, Japan 🇯🇵, and Indonesia 🇮🇩.

Shout out and thanks to our partners, LATCH Los Baños and Gov. Ramil L. Hernandez /Provincial Government of Laguna for making this collaboration possible.

Happy World Breastfeeding Week! 🩷

Today marks the last day of the campaign by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the theme, "Closing the Gap: Breastfeeding Support for All." This focuses on supporting policies and attitudes, creation of a safe space, and fostering support and solidarity towards breastfeeding moms.

At Laguna Human Milk Bank, we aim to nourish the lives of infants with safe donor human milk, and it will not be possible without the generous contribution from the amazing mothers! Though the campaign is ending, our support for breastfeeding moms shall never end. Let us show our commitment to providing essential support for moms and safe nourishment for babies!

Breastfeeding is not always easy.
The right support and a listening ear from a trusted health worker can provide critical help in your breastfeeding journey.
