✅General rule sa dosages ng Power Trio 😍

Walang strict dosage ang pag take ng Fern D and Fern Activ.
Sa Milkca no need to take more than 2 capsules a day dahil required ng katawan ng adult ang 750mg ng calcium daily

ASTHMA USER TESTIMONY
2018-2019 labas pasok sa ospital. Nakaipon na nga ako ng folder ng mga reseta ng doctor to keep track of the prescriptions kaso nawawala 😅 ang tagal na kasi nung huli ako nag file ng reseta from my pulmonologist.

Kulang pa yang mga inhaler na yan sa dami ng nagamit ko. Ang hirap talaga ng may asthma (HELLO SA MGA ASTHMATIC) bawal mapagod at mastress, puyat ka kakaubo dahil hindi ka makahinga, masakit na ang likod mo kakaubo, maingat ka sa kakainin dahil baka maka trigger ng asthma, bawal maalikabok, bawal ang usok at kung ano ano pang bawal 😅

Nagtake ako ng suppliments to help prevent asthma attacks. Effective talaga kaso hindi ko kaya isustain dahil mahal. 🙊
