Diabetes Center Committed to Serve. The individual with diabetes lives daily with the disease and is the director of their diabetes healthcare team.

The MCDGH Diabetes Center (MCDGHDC) was created to assist communities throughout Quezon Province and beyond with diabetes and related healthcare issues. Together with their family, members of the diabetes healthcare team may include physicians ( Endocrinologists, Cardiologist, Nephrologist , Neurologist, Obstetrician, Psychiatrist, Physiatrist, Ophthalmologist , Podiatrist) diabetes educators, d

ietitians, social workers, pharmacists and other health professionals. The Education program and staff at MCDGHDC helps empower individuals to become effective self-managers and to make healthier choices every day.
