Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) cases seen at our clinic today.

HFMD is a highly contagious viral illness, commonly affecting children but can also occur in adults.

Common symptoms include:
Fever
Rashes on the hands and feet
Painful mouth sores

HFMD usually resolves on its own within 7–10 days.
Medications may be given to help relieve fever and pain.

Prevention is key:
Practice proper and frequent handwashing
Disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
Avoid close contact with infected individuals
Stay at home until blisters have healed
