This is also to inform/remind my patients that ‘First Come First Serve Basis’ will always be our clinic policy. If in any case, an urgent consult/care is needed, patients are encouraged to go to ER.

Disrespect to hospital staff and clinic secretaries will automatically result to void consult.
Let us give utmost respect to patients who really need medical consultation and practice patience when waiting for our turn.

Additionally, falsifying of documents is considered a criminal liability under Revised Penal Code Article 171/172. Hence, I encourage companies to verify medical certificates that employees are submitting to them.
