Reflecting on a year of purpose, passion, and progress.

Today’s year-end assessment seminar highlighted the collective milestones achieved by our SK Officials headed by Hon. April Jane Catacutan, PYAP Officers headed by Jacob Malaluan, and our dedicated student leaders. This event served as a testament to the hard work and dedication poured into every project and initiative throughout 2025.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Kate Apple R. Pineda for joining us as our resource speaker and sharing her valuable insights with the group.

A huge thank you to everyone for the tireless service and commitment to the youth. It is inspiring to see such dedicated leadership in action.

Empowering the youth of Barangay Bical! 🫶
Today, November 20, 2025, students received school supplies and took part in a meaningful film viewing and symposium on Anti-Drug Awareness, Mental Health, and Sexual & Reproductive Health at SM City Clark Cinema 1, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

This initiative was made possible through the City Youth Development Office of Mabalacat (CYDO) in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bical.
