The CIVAC (Operation Tuli) conducted today in Barangay Tabugon was a great success through the dedicated efforts of the staff of Inapoy Community Primary Hospital.

We sincerely thank all the medical staff, volunteers, parents, and participants for their cooperation and support in making this community activity successful and meaningful.

Special thanks also to the kind individuals who prepared the delicious lunch and snacks for everyone. Your generosity and support were truly appreciated and helped make the event more enjoyable for all.

Successful CIVAC ( OPERATION TULI) Program Conducted Today – May 15, 2026 ✨

The staff of Inapoy Community Primary Hospital successfully conducted the CIVAC TULI Program today at Barangay Bantayan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the officials and residents of Barangay Bantayan for the warm support and cooperation that contributed to the success of this activity. Special thanks as well for the delicious snacks and lunch prepared for our hardworking staff. Your kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated.

A successful CIVAC (Tuli) activity was conducted today, May 14, 2026, by the dedicated staff of Inapoy Community Primary Hospital at Barangay Barras, Mabinay, Negros Oriental.

This meaningful community service would not have been possible without the support, cooperation, and participation of everyone involved. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed their time and effort in making this activity a success.

Ngayong tag-init, mas mabilis mapanis ang pagkain dahil sa init ng panahon. Upang maiwasan ang pagkakasakit dulot ng kontaminado o sirang pagkain, sundin ang mga paalalang ito:

✔️ Maghugas ng kamay bago, habang, at pagkatapos maghanda ng pagkain
✔️ First in, first out (FIFO) – unahin ang naunang stock o malapit nang mag-expire
✔️ Ihiwalay ang hilaw at lutong pagkain upang maiwasan ang kontaminasyon
✔️ Ilagay sa malinis at natatakpang lalagyan ang pagkain
✔️ Lutuing mabuti ang mga pagkain
✔️ Panatilihin sa tamang temperatura ang pagkain (mainit na pagkain manatiling mainit, malamig manatiling malamig)

Maging maingat sa pagkain—para sa isang ligtas at malusog na tag-init!
