Each conversation, idea, and collaboration that unfolded within the Dreamhouse reflected the spirit of FPOP—a movement grounded in genuine leadership, shared purpose, and the belief that empowered youth can shape stronger communities.

As the program concludes, the Dreamhouse does not simply close its doors. Instead, it continues through the leaders who will carry forward the lessons, inspirations, and connections formed throughout the assembly. What began as GENESIS now lives on in the actions and commitments of every participant.

Guided by 𝐀𝐥-𝐤𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐣𝐚, 𝐑𝐏𝐌 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐀, participants are now reviewing and affirming their commitment to the 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 for 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 - 𝐋𝐘𝐋𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Each agreement signed is more than a formality—it is a promise to uphold integrity, professionalism, and respect as they serve the program and its participants.

As they internalize these standards, the Dreamhouse is strengthened by a team ready to lead with empathy, collaborate with care, and embody the values that will guide every interaction throughout the event. This session marks the foundation of a volunteer experience defined by accountability and purpose.
