🌟 World AIDS Day Commemoration at Mulondo National High School Senior High Department🌟

December 04, 2025, the Rural Health Unit of Mulondo and Mindanao Institute of Healthcare Professionals, Inc. Student Nurses, Levitas 10, participated in the observance of World AIDS Day at Mulondo National High School-Senior High Department.

This commemoration serves as a meaningful reminder of our ongoing responsibility to strengthen HIV and AIDS prevention efforts, ensure access to quality care, and uphold continuous health education within our community.

Guided by this year’s theme, “Ending the HIV Epidemic: Equitable Access, Everyone’s Voice,” we reaffirm our commitment to fostering a healthier, well-informed, and stigma-free society.

We continue to encourage awareness, promote voluntary testing, and cultivate compassion and unity as part of our public health mandate.

Also, we would like to express our gratitude to Ma'am Sanalawan Sultan and Ma'am Casmer Metopher for accommodating us.

"🤱💛 The RHU-Mulondo, under the supervision of Dr. Noraida S. Dima, participated in a meaningful sharing session with mothers focused on promoting proper Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) practices. The session was facilitated by Provincial Nutrition Action Officer Abdul Qahhar R. Barambangan and spearheaded by Dr. Alyssa Mitmug, together with dedicated personnel from the Provincial Health Office.

The activity, made possible by the generous sponsorship of the Provincial Health Office - LGU Lanao Del Sur, aimed to empower mothers with essential knowledge on breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and proper child nutrition to support the healthy growth and development of their children.

We extend our profound gratitude to the Provincial Health Office - LGU Lanao Del Sur for providing the infant kits and nutrition commodities distributed to the participants, and for their expert discussion on IYCF practices. Without their active involvement and support, this activity would not have been possible. Their contribution has truly made a meaningful impact on the people of Mulondo.

We also express our heartfelt appreciation to all participating mothers for their active engagement and commitment to raising healthy and well-nourished children. 🤱💛

🌟 RHU–Mulondo Participates in the Synchronized Flag Ceremony and World AIDS Day Commemoration 🌟

Today, the Rural Health Unit of Mulondo—consists of nurses, midwives, barangay health workers, Barangay Nutrition Scholar, and nursing student from Mindanao Institute of Healthcare Professionals, Inc. —under the leadership of our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Noraida S. Dima, formally participated in the synchronized flag-raising ceremony in observance of World AIDS Day.
