β¨ Mulondo Rural Health Unit headed by our ever service-oriented MHO, Dr. Noraida Dima proudly celebrated Womenβs Month 2026 with a theme: "We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society", in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Mulondo, the Ministry of Social Services and Development, the Mulondo Municipal Police Station, and the Tamkin Al-Mar'ah on March 31, 2026, held at Barangay Bubong Guilopa, Mulondo.
The celebration honored the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of women in the community. Through unity and partnership, the event served as a reminder of the important role of women in building a healthier, stronger, and more empowered society.
We would like to express our appreciation to all attendees, especially, Hon. Councilor Amenollah Panandigan Mala, Hon. Anisa Bacarat, Hon. Omel S. Cosain, Hon. Esnaira Didato and Hon. Nihaya Copang.
As part of the Womenβs Month 2026 celebration;
π The Local Government Unit of Mulondo spearheaded by our LCE, Hon. Mayor Abdul Hakim O. Panandigan, represented by our Former Mayor now our First Lady, Hon. Nihara Macabando Panandigan, who shared her experience and journey as the mother of our community and to her family. Also, extended financial assistance to all 50 pregnant mothers who attended the Womenβs Month 2026 celebration. In addition, snacks were provided to all participants in attendance, making the celebration more meaningful and enjoyable for everyone.
This generous support reflects the commitment of the Local Government Unit to the welfare of mothers and the community. Our sincere gratitude to the LGU of Mulondo for their continued care and support. π
πΊ The Ministry of Social Services and Development under the leadership of MSWO Ma'am Hass SD, Hassana S. Dicasaran, RSW, distributed 25 kilograms of rice and grocery boxes to our 50 pregnant beneficiaries. This meaningful gesture reflects the continuing commitment of the Ministry of Social Services and Development to support and empower women and families in the community.

πͺ· The Mulondo Municipal Police Station in the representation of VAWC Focal, Pat Maima L. Tampogao, conducted an informative discussion on womenβs rights as human rights. The session emphasized the importance of protecting, respecting, and promoting the rights of every woman, while encouraging the community to stand against all forms of discrimination and violence.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Mulondo Municipal Police Station for sharing valuable knowledge and for supporting the empowerment of women in our community. π
πͺ»Lastly, The βBuntis Partyβ was one of the highlights of the Womenβs Month 2026 celebration, bringing together 50 pregnant mothers. The activity aimed to promote maternal health, provide support and encouragement to expectant mothers, and recognize the important role they play in the family and community.
Through the support of the Local Government Unit of Mulondo and partner agencies, the event became a meaningful and joyful celebration for all mothers in attendance. π
