One Dexcel Pharma Inc. (ODPI) is the exclusive importer of COLYMYX 500,000 Units Powder for Solution for Injection (Intrathecal/IM/IV), which is intended solely for distribution in the Philippine private-sector market.

However, it has come to our attention that a product bearing the same name, but with altered packaging, is being distributed in both private and government health institutions.

Please be advised that the packaging materials of these products were modified without our knowledge and without the required approvals from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). As such, these products are considered counterfeit under Republic Act No. 8203 (Special Law on Counterfeit Drugs). For reference, images comparing the authentic and altered products are provided.

If you have encountered or purchased the altered product, kindly report it to us at regulatory@onedexcelpharma.com.

ODPI remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering quality and affordable medicines, while upholding accountability and public transparency.

Ang One Dexcel Pharma Inc. (ODPI) ang nag-iisang opisyal na importer ng COLYMYX 500,000 Units Powder for Solution for Injection (Intrathecal/IM/IV) na nakalaan lamang para sa pribadong sektor sa Pilipinas.

Ngunit napag-alaman naming may mga produktong may parehong pangalan na may binagong pakete na lumalabas sa mga ospital at institusyong pangkalusugan, pribado man o pampubliko.

Ang mga binagong pakete ay binago nang hindi namin alam at walang pahintulot mula sa FDA, kaya ito ay maituturing na pekeng gamot ayon sa Batas Republika Blg. 8203 (Batas Laban sa Pekeng Gamot). Tingnan ang larawan para sa pagkakaiba ng orihinal at binagong produkto.
