From May 20 to 23, Angel Yeast successfully concluded its exhibition at Bakery China 2026, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.
At the Angel Yeast booth, visitors experienced the 40th Anniversary Milestone Zone, a series of innovative product launches, and comprehensive baking solutions designed to support evolving industry needs.
From new product launches to live demonstrations joined by a world bread champion, the booth became a space where technology, craftsmanship, and customer conversations came together.
This year, two newly launched products from Angel Yeast received Innovation Product Awards: High-Sugar Tolerant Instant Dry Yeast (Super Baker) and Baizuan Plateau-Style Fermented Flavor Powder.
Beyond product innovation, the 40th Anniversary Milestone Zone became a popular stop for visitors, partners, and long-time friends to look back on Angel Yeast’s four decades of growth. The exhibition momentum also extended online through cloud tours, influencer cooperation, and live streaming, bringing Bakery China moments to wider audiences.
Bakery China 2026 was more than a showcase.
It was another opportunity to move forward with the global baking community.
