GIANT ACROCHORDON. Acrochordons or skin tags are small, benign pedunculated skin tumors with a soft consistency and smooth contour that may be of the same color of the skin or hyperpigmented. They typically develop from skin of the neck and axillary region, but they can emerge from any part of the body. In this patient it was on the posterior right thigh. I removed this using electrocautery under local anesthesia. Skin should grow back over the defect in a few weeks. 👍🏼
