Makati Life Medical Center received the actual award from Healthcare Asia last June 2, 2022.

Dr. Dennis Sta. Ana, President and CEO, received the certificate and was joined by the Executives of Makati Life :

• Dr. Andrew Prieto – Chairman of the Board
• Dr. Brian Cabral – Senior Vice President – Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer
• Dr. Ross Ona – Senior Vice President – Chief Operating Officer
• Dr. Jonas Subido – Senior Vice President – Professional Management Office
• Ms. Jo Aguilar – Senior Vice President – Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer
• Ms. Chaela Canlas – Senior Vice President – Support Services Group

The hospital project won the Public-Private Healthcare Partnership of the Year due to its promising construction projections and its vision to become known globally as a transformative healthcare collaboration between the local government and the private sector.

Mayor Abby Binay of Makati City said that the hospital is founded on the principle of sustainable delivery of innovative and inclusive healthcare solutions to the community.

The proponents will ensure Makati Life is an inclusive hospital, expanding Makati City's platform for delivering the required level of treatment and care, including patients who cannot afford it, giving everyone a chance to attain a better quality of life.

Makati Life Medical Center is honored to receive this year’s Healthcare Asia Awards, under the category of Public-Private Healthcare Partnership of the Year – Philippines.

Last April 25, 2022 was the virtual awarding and interview facilitated by Mr. Simon Hyett, Contributing Editor of Healthcare Asia. Dr. Sta. Ana was interviewed together with Mayor Abby Binay, who represents the city.

The senior executives of Makati Life joined Dr. Sta. Ana in the virtual awarding and interview, led by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Andrew Prieto, SVP – Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Brian Cabral, SVP – COO, Dr. Ross Ona, SVP – Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Jo Aguilar and SVP – Support Services, Ms. Chaela Canlas.

Makati Life is a joint venture project between Life Nurture Inc (LNI) and the City Government of Makati (CGM). The proponents aspire for the facility to be nationally known as a transformative healthcare collaboration between the local government and private sector, founded on the principle of sustainable delivery of innovative and inclusive healthcare solutions to the community.

The project was first conceived by visionary LNI Owner and Founder, Dr. Dennis Sta. Ana, with his two (2) like-minded friends, LNI co-founders, Engr. William Scheirman and Dr. Randy Talamayan. Concurrently, Dr. Sta. Ana holds Makati Life's President and CEO position, while Engr. William Scheirman is the Chief Financial Officer.

Makati Life Medical Center envisions to be an inclusive hospital that will provide the necessary level of treatment and care, including patients who cannot afford it, giving them a chance to attain a better quality of life.
