3 mistakes na ginagawa ng seaman at working professionals sa pagpili ng business/ side hustle to prepare for the future

1️⃣ Walang mentor
May opportunity, malaki daw ang kita — pero walang malinaw na magguguide.
Kapag may problema, mag-isa ka lang mamomoroblema.
Kaya maraming tumitigil bago pa talaga magsimula.

2️⃣ Walang system
Umaasa sa sipag at oras.
Pag balik sa barko o naging busy sa trabaho, humihinto rin ang income.
Kung ikaw ang sentro ng lahat, hindi siya scalable.

3️⃣ Walang long-term vision
Focus sa “extra income ngayon.
Hindi iniisip kung ano ang mangyayari after 5–10 years from now?
Kaya kahit malaki ang kinita noon, balik ulit sa zero.

Hindi kulang ang sipag ng mga seaman at professionals.
Madalas, kulang lang sa tamang structure at direction.

After every contract, wala pa ring system na gumagana kahit wala ka sa barko.
At madalas, nauuna ang kita habang napapabayaan ang health.

Hindi kulang sa sipag.
Kulang lang sa tamang direction habang malakas pa.

Pero kapag tinanong mo nang tahimik:

• May malinaw bang plano pag huminto ang trabaho?
• May income bang tuloy-tuloy kahit hindi na nagbabarko?
• May sistema bang pwedeng ipasa o palaguin?

Doon nagkakatalo.

Hindi ka talo dahil kulang ka.
Hindi ka late.
Hindi ka mahina.

Ang totoo:
Walang nagturo kung paano maghanda habang malakas ka pa.

At ang masakit?
Karamihan, doon pa lang mag-iisip kapag pagod na at hindi na kaya.

Ang totoong preparation, ginagawa bago pa natin ito kailanganin.

Pero sa totoo lang?
Hindi pera ang sagabal — kundi fear of the unknown.

Once you learn the right system and may mentor ka,
mas madali magsimula, mas mabilis ang progress mo sa business.
