🚀 "Kahit nakaupo lang ako, yung utak ko gumagalaw..."

Relate ka ba dito?

Yung tipong may ginagawa kang isang bagay, pero yung isip mo nasa next 5 things na kailangan mong gawin? 🤯

Ito yung reality ni Client:
✅ Mom of four
✅ Online seller
✅ No helper
✅ High blood pressure

Sa sobrang daming iniisip at ginagawa, nasanay na yung katawan at utak niya na laging "on-the-go." Kahit pagod na, hindi pa rin makapag-relax.

Lately, I’ve been noticing something in our community.

A lot of strong, capable leaders—people with big plans for 2026—are being quietly redirected.

Not by a lack of motivation, but by their health asking for attention first.

Most of them stayed positive through the stress of last year.

They "prayed it away," thought positively, and just kept grinding.

But the body remembers everything. It keeps tabs.

Even when you tell yourself, “Okay na ako,” your nervous system might still be holding onto the survival mode you needed months ago.

And eventually, the body doesn't ask anymore.

It just forces the break.

This isn't weakness.

It's a system that can only run on "Overdrive" for so long.

5 Signs You're Living in Survival Mode

You might not call it "survival mode."

You might just call it…
"a rough week."
"Being tired."
"Just how life is right now."

But your body knows the truth.

Here are 5 signs your nervous system is stuck in survival mode:

1. You wake up already tired — no matter how many hours you slept.

It's not about the quantity of sleep.

Your system never fully turned off during the night.

Body was still on guard.

2. Small things trigger big reactions.

Someone leaves a dish in the sink.

Text goes unanswered.

Traffic is slow.

Suddenly, you're flooded with frustration, anger, or tears that feel way too big for the moment.

It's not that you're "too sensitive."

Your system has no buffer left.

3. You feel "wired and tired" at the same time.

Body is exhausted.

But your brain won't stop.

You're too tired to do anything… but too wired to actually rest.

4. You swing between hyper-productive and totally shut down.

One day, you're crushing your to-do list like a machine.

The next, barely get out of bed.

It's not laziness.

Your system cycling between "fight/flight" and "freeze."

5. Rest doesn't actually feel restful.

You sit down to relax… but your chest feels tight.

Mind is still running through tomorrow's tasks.

Scroll your phone, but you don't feel recharged.

Rest isn't just about stopping.

It's about your system feeling safe enough to let go.

"Nawala overthinking ko at may energy na ako sa umaga”

Message na natanggap natin mula sa isang nanood lang ng recorded workshop.

Ang Realidad (Before):

Kulang sa pera, sabay-sabay na bayarin
May mabibigat na diagnosis sa pamilya
Siya mismo may major depression
Araw-araw na overthinking, pagod, at bigat sa katawan

’Yung tipong gising ka pa rin kahit pagod na pagod na ang utak at dibdib mo.

Ang Shift (After niyang i-apply ang regulation):

Walang overthinking.
May energy sa paggising sa umaga
Positive ang pananaw niya sa buhay
Relaxed ang katawan

Walang magic.

Walang na-erase na problema.

Anong nagbago?

👉 Mas regulated ang system niya.
Kaya mas malaki na ang kapasidad niyang harapin ang parehong realidad…
nang hindi siya nauubos.

’Yan ang gusto naming iparamdam sa’yo:

Hindi kailangan maging “ayos na lahat” bago ka pwedeng gumaan ang loob.

Kapag regulated ang system mo, nagkakaroon ka ng space para huminga, mag-isip nang malinaw, at pumili ng gawa — hindi lang sumabay sa panic at bigat.

Basta willing kang matuto at open sa possibility na pwede pang gumaan ang pakiramdam, pwedeng mag-shift.
