This was her answer.

And if you read closely… you’ll see the shift.

Month 1 — Overwhelm

Sobrang overwhelmed pa.

Logically, you know you’re okay…
but your body is just starting to feel what safety is.

Even simple things feel different.

Parang first time ulit huminga nang maayos.

Month 2 — Resilience

Nattrigger ka pa din.

Naiinis. Naiiyak. Normal.

But this time… hindi ka na natatakot maramdaman.

You feel it.
You let it move.
You release.

Hindi na siya naglo-loop.
