✨ Everyone’s talking about Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid — but do you know the difference?

These are two of my favorite topicals to recommend, but they work in very different ways:

💧 Hyaluronic Acid – Think hydration magnet. It pulls water into your skin to keep it plump, soft, and bouncy. Best for dryness, dullness, and boosting your glow.

🌿 Niacinamide – Think skin multitasker. It helps calm redness, fade dark spots, strengthen the skin barrier, and even balance oil. Great for acne-prone or sensitive skin.

You can actually use them together. Hydration from hyaluronic acid + barrier support from niacinamide = a powerful combo for healthy, happy skin.

Here are simple steps to help keep flare-ups under control:

✨ Know your triggers – stress, weather, certain foods, or products can all play a role.
🛁 Bathe correctly – use lukewarm water and gentle cleansers, avoid hot showers.
💧 Moisturize daily – especially after bathing, to lock in hydration.
✂️ Keep nails short & wear gloves at night – prevents scratching from making things worse.
👕 Choose pure cotton clothing – soft and breathable on sensitive skin.
🥗 Watch your diet – some foods may cause flare-ups, so observe what works for you.
