Dear Epic Team,

Due to Super Typhoon that will pass through Luzon, we are expected to experience strong winds and heavy rainfall. It is expected that early mornings of September 27,2022 will no longer be within the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).

In line with this, for September 26,2022 shift, those who are working in the office can work from home. For those working at home, status quo but please ensure to prepare your backup internet and electricity equipment should there be any instances of power and internet outages in your area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible on the successful achievement of the following performance goals:

• Job posting
o Accurate posting of open positions

• Paper screening of 30 assigned candidates per day to see if qualified for preliminary interview of the Corporate Recruiter

• Understand and document the interviewers per position for proper scheduling and monitoring (2nd interviewer to final interviewer)

• Understand and document the required period to fill the position

• Preliminary screening of paper-screened qualified candidates endorsed by HR generalist and Recruiter Assistant
o Schedule at least 10 candidate screening per day. Facilitate essay and department tests, as required by hiring department.
o Complete 4-6 candidates interview per day (assumes 50% is no show)

• Endorse successful candidates to the next interviewers:
o Coordinate scheduling, set-up outlook invite
o Remind candidate and interviewer 1 hour before schedule. Coordinate any candidate cancellation or rescheduling request on a timely manner

Sourcing/screening for the position will only pause if there are at least 3 candidates endorsed to final interviewer (main KPI)

• Build relationship with shortlisted candidates to keep them warm and interested while waiting for final decision from hiring manager
• Weekly email updates on status of open positions to hiring managers
