It is the only health and dietary supplement association recognized by the Department of Health and the Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines and the only member from the Philippines of the prestigious International Alliance of Dietary/Food Supplement Associations (IADSA) and of the Singapore-based ASEAN Alliance of Health Supplement Associations (AAHSA).
