A unique workout place that merges Western & Eastern Exercises to a perfect blend of CROSS TRAINING FUSION to become FIT & WELL.
Services offered: CROSS TRAINING different kinds of exercises which target cardiovascular stamina, strength, flexibility, power, and agility focusing on CORE TRAINING for functionality and longevity. We incorporate dance aerobics, taebo, latin dancing, yoga, pole fitness, pinoy yoga pole, pinoy yoga silk, pilates, ballet barre exercises, core ball exercises, resistance band & rope training using free weights, leg weights, forearm weights, kettlebells, plates, twister and other resistance tools. We also do sports and clinical massage and physiotherapy , postural assessment and alignment, geriatric and rehab bodywork employing rollers, ball, heating pads, kneading tools, clinical ventossa working on balancing the acupressure points.
