우리 대학의 학생이었던 델라 푸 엔테의 사망을 애도합니다. 오늘 코로나 19에 의해 희생되었습니다.

그녀는 80 년대의 아름다운 목소리로 필리핀에서 매우 유명한 가수였습니다.

Claire dela Fuente (1958 년 12 월 28 일 – 2021 년 3 월 30 일) 로 더 잘 알려진 Clarita Crisostomo dela Fuente-de Guzman 은 1970 년대 후반 주크 박스 히트 곡 "Sayang"으로 유명 인사 지위를 획득 한 필리핀 가수였습니다. 그녀는 그녀의 노래 스타일 때문에 "아시아에서 가장 달콤한 목소리"라는 칭호를 받았으며 그녀의 콘트랄토가 카펜터의 것과 닮았 기 때문에 "필리핀 의 카렌 카펜터 "라고 불렸다 . 1977 년 그녀의 첫 앨범 은 발매 당시 필리핀 에서 가장 많이 팔린 앨범이었다 . 그녀는 7 개의 앨범을 더 녹음했습니다. 델라 푸 엔테는 2021 년 3 월 30 일 아침 라 스피 냐스의 교황 요한 바오로 2 세 병원에서 COVID-19 합병증으로 인한 심장 마비로 사망했습니다. 그녀는 COVID-19 양성 반응을 보인 후 입원했습니다

We mourn the death of Della Puente, a student at our university.

Clarita Crisostomo dela Fuente-de Guzman, better known as Claire dela Fuente (December 28, 1958 – March 30, 2021), was a Filipino singer who achieved celebrity status in the late 1970s with the jukebox hit "Sayang". She was given the title "Asia's Sweetest Voice" because of her singing style and was dubbed "the Karen Carpenter of the Philippines" because of her contralto's resemblance to that of Carpenter's. Her first album in 1977 was then the Philippines' biggest seller at the time of release. She went on to record seven more albums. Besides "Sayang", she is also known for hits like "Minsan-Minsan" and "Nakaw Na Pag-ibig".

At the age of 63, dela Fuente died on the morning of March 30, 2021 due to cardiac arrest due to complications of COVID-19 in Pope John Paul II hospital in Las Piñas. She had been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19.
