SIR METZ:
I am 58 years old - male.
I have not been to a chiropractor for 40 years.
I went once at age 18 when I started overdeveloping my rear next muscles and straining the rear next because of too much bicycling with too low of handbars. My muscles under my next were nearly undeveloped at all.
I bicycle long distances regularily. Nearly daily I am biking
I also drive a lot. Dozens of hours a week.
I also sit alot doing video editing for my YouTube channel.
I carry a lot of baskets of food up and down steps in my volunteer job doing marketing.
I have very little medical history: Dislocated collar bone at age 14. This has limited my ability to throw fast baseball pitches or skim/bounce a rock on the water. I can still throw frisbie. My inward, cross the body movement is okay,
I tore a knee cartilage meniscus 12 years ago in two places falling off a trail during hiking. It healed back 95%. I went through six session of rehab, learned about 14 exercises. If I do them, I am fine. I can bike and I have trained, and ran marathons in 2018 with satisfying results, BUT I CANNOT FULL SPEED sprint 100% anymore. It "feels" to dangerous on the meniscus. I do not feel secure in that spot. I can still pay basketball, but I have to be careful. I avoid soccer, because of the "side kick" movement is dangerous for me.
I have a "lower back something" for many years, but only after too much lifting, or bending over too much like in bending over while washing a car. My worst experience with this one was after driving my bus for over 18 hours, went to wash the vehicle and my lower back was so sprained, I could hardly stand up straight for three days.
If I have carry my bicycle up stairs, my "lower back" can feel it.
I have "slight loss of feeling on the right side of my right thigh." It is clearly not the same as my left thigh. I heavily believe it has something to do with "nerves" coming from my spine. Something is not right in that lower spine.

Most cases of scoliosis are mild, but some curves worsen as children grow. Severe scoliosis can be disabling. An especially severe spinal curve can reduce the amount of space within the chest, making it difficult for the lungs to function properly.
