𝗗𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗙𝗪𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗦. Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac ranked 5th among the top-performing Cabinet Secretaries under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in the satisfaction rating survey conducted by the Tangere on April 21-22, 2025.

Secretary Cacdac garnered a 55% satisfaction rating, which reflects the passion and dedicated commitment of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) under his leadership in ensuring the protection of the rights and welfare of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families.

With the guidance and support of President Marcos Jr., Secretary Cacdac led the DMW in adhering to a rights-based approach of ensuring the utmost protection of our OFWs— through intensified campaign against illegal recruitment, strengthened bilateral partnerships, and welfare support to our OFWs through the AKSYON Fund.

The DMW also remains committed to helping the OFWs maximize the gains of their overseas employment through our comprehensive full-cycle reintegration programs.

The trust rating survey conducted by Tangere, a mobile application centered on market research and public polling, was a non-commissioned survey spanning respondents from NCR, Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. # # #
