Dr. Arunee’s favorite for acne scars? If I had to pick one, I’d say Fractional CO2 laser - with one important reminder: acne scar treatment always depends on the type of scars you have.

MYTH OR TRUTH: Dirty sheets can cause acne?

Partly true. 
Dirty pillowcases can collect oil, sweat, skincare residue, and bacteria. When your face rests on that surface for hours each night, it can contribute to clogged pores, especially if you’re already acne-prone.

It won’t cause acne on its own, but it can definitely make breakouts worse.

What helps: • Change pillowcases every 2–3 days and sheets weekly • Use mild, fragrance-free detergents to avoid irritation • Shower before bed to remove sweat, dirt, and makeup • Choose breathable fabrics like cotton (or smooth silk pillowcases to reduce friction)

Small habits help but persistent acne usually needs a medical approach, not just better laundry habits.
