• Web Payment through Pacific Cross Website: Pacific Cross’s online payment gateway accepts credit cards, debit cards, and GCash payments through www.pacificcross.com.ph.
• Online Banking through Bank Partners: This option is open to all Pacific Cross clients with Metrobank and BPI accounts. Payments can be made through bank portal, ATM, or via BPI Phone Banking.
• Over-the-Counter through Bank Partners and Office Cashiers: Pacific Cross clients may pay over the counter through our bank partners’ nationwide branch network (e.g., BDO and Metrobank) or they may proceed to our cashiers at Head Office and Branches.
• Overseas Payment Remittance: Clients based outside of the Philippines may pay through Metrobank’s overseas bills payment facility or through BDO via telegraphic transfer. Bank details for this transaction will be provided upon request.
