Ex. 3- 4x/week, 30- 60 mins/ day

2. Create a program for the following:
- [ ] Cardiovascular and muscle endurance
- [ ] Muscle toning and strengthening
- [ ] Flexibility
Ex. Walking, swimming, biking, weightlifting, dancing, swimming, aerobics, gym

3. Do at most three (3) sets per program .

🌸🌺💐IT was truly a privilege and an honor to be part of the 26th UP College of Medicine International Grand Scientific Symposium held at the UP Open University, Los Baños, Laguna, with the timely and meaningful theme:
“Living Well. Aging Well. A Holistic Approach to Longevity" last Nov 21-22, 2025 .

It was a powerful learning experience—medical experts across multiple specialties shared the latest insights and perspectives on how we can simply live well and age well.

Together with Dr. Alvin Mojica, a cardiovascular physiatrist, we explored the topic “S*x in the Aging”—an eye-opening discussion on intimacy, vitality, and overall well-being in later life.

Truly, aging is inevitable. But no one is ever too old to embrace new beginnings, new opportunities, and a beautiful life journey ahead!!! 🌸🌺🌷
