Who here NEVER gets surprised with their monthly period because you already FEEL IT BEFORE IT ARRIVES 😰

For me, excruciating tension in my head comes a day or two before my period starts, you know the kind that hurts in the back of your eyeballs, where bright lights make it worse

After a few hours of trying to sleep but failing because of that, I remembered I had the Past Tense stick so I put it to work and generously applied all around my eyes and the base of my skull which is something I COULD NEVER do with the Past Tense oil because its vapors are wayyyy too strong for my eyes

The stick offered relief without the vapors and I unknowingly dozed off and fell asleep 🥹

Did you know you can actually harm your liver and kidneys by taking TOO MUCH supplements?

That’s why around the first month of the year, I always stop and start over with my bare minimum supplement

✨ Add 1 supplement at a time, take it consistently for a month and see how you feel BEFORE adding another supplement

Felt nice to be in this custom silk gown for an event buuuuuut 5 minutes in all I wanted was a hot shower and my bed 🤭

The last few years have definitely made me even more of an introvert where putting a wired bra and wearing heels felt so strange

On the plus side

• I enjoyed the evening chatting with some old and new faces
• Made sure I got my proteins for dinner
• Didn’t win the raffle for the diamond tennis bracelet so I guess I’ll have to buy myself one
