When I began teaching EMDR, both my mentors told me to protect the integrity of the approach, and I obey them down to the letter. When you are entrusted with something IMPORTANT, protect it even if in cause you some people who wants to violate it. In the end, itโ€™s your integrity not theirs will be affected.

Our EMDR training is designed to be rigorous, structured, and grounded in strict adherence to protocol. Trainees are not only taught the fundamentals of EMDR, but are expected to demonstrate precision in target memory identification, cognition pairing, SUD tracking, and accurate documentation of the reprocessing phases.

Each participant undergoes thorough evaluation through their EMDR Practice (TICES) Reports, where their work is carefully reviewed against EMDR standards. This ensures that our graduates are not only knowledgeableโ€”but are competent, ethical, and fully equipped to handle trauma work responsibly.

We maintain a high standard in our training. We do not tolerate lack of commitment, inaccuracy, or disregard for protocol, especially in trauma work where clinical responsibility is critical. Mastery requires consistency, accountability, and a genuine commitment to learningโ€”and we uphold these expectations throughout the training process.

I thought my healing journey ended after publishing my story and working through my deepest pain, but God always has a better plan โ€”I was given a task to do more and be more. From a kid who was always being told "stupid" and bullied, I am now teaching how to heal trauma with professionals in the field of mental health. I might not have understood before why I was hurt so badly by people around me, but God has shown me another way to transcend my life despite the pain and the shame. From rust to gold. From ashes to a life worth living and sharing. Kahit pagod, lubos pa din ang pasasalamat sa Diyos.

With this milestone, your journey as an EMDR therapy practitioner formally begins, as you have now completed the foundational training in EMDR.

We also extend our deep commendation to all participants for their courage in confronting their most painful and deeply held experiences. Throughout the training, many experienced intense emotional releaseโ€”tears, abreactions, and meaningful shifts toward healing. Participants were able to access longstanding wounds and gain critical insights into experiences that had remained unprocessed for years.

The facilitators, too, were impacted by the emotional depth and intensity of the space. This is the reality of trauma workโ€”both its weight and its transformative potential. To engage in trauma healing, and to become a traumatologist, requires the willingness to sit with discomfort, to move through complexity, and to remain present in the process.

And yet, despite the emotional demands, everyone left with a sense of lightnessโ€”smiles not only on their faces, but carried within their hearts.

A blessing and a hope...

It was 2015 when I was forced to face my greatest fear. I don't know how am I going to survive at that time or how to get back on my feet again. Everyday was a struggle, and everyday I was always questioning why.

Negative emotions overwhelmed me so much everyday that it was hard to get up and keep going. Fear, doubt, anger, blame, and hate were my frequent companions, but I'm thankful that hope, love for life, and God's mercy never left me.

It was 2015 when I cried for my life, now I cry for the life of others who are suffering from the same situation as I did before. I cry not because I pity them, I cry because I'm happy that I became a blessing and a hope.

That lowest point in my life when I was hanging on a thread the science and God's mercy saved me, and that became my purpose now to also save the life of others. There is beauty in adversity you just have to open your heart and mind to see.
