HISTORY
MedExcel Health Care + was visualized b a group of siblings and their respective spouses in which all of them finished their line of specialization at University of Santo Tomas. The founders whose parents were also doctors put up a hospital, known as NOVALICHES GENERAL HOSPITAL, classified as a tertiary level hospital wherein they gained their experience in running a business enterprise. In the course of handling a hospital, they acquired knowledge and came up with the idea of putting up a multi specialty clinic with a clinical laboratory. Through this they had a common idea of providing high quality and modern health care services outside the hospital setting. As part of their commitment to serve the community, they decided to bring their healthcare services near our busy patients/clients because they wanted them to know we value their time. Likewise, they aim to establish a strong foundation to clients/patient, trusting their health care needs to our skilled doctors, and to build a reputable image of honest and humane patient care services. Besides being affordable the clinic can provide excellent health care and satisfaction to patients. In order to attain their objectives they set up the institution in a very strategic place at SM Caloocan, which is accessible to both private and public transportation. Vision

To provide multidisciplinary approach to each healthcare problems with accurate diagnosis, prompt management and effective services especially for the poor, rendered by the most caring, competent, compassionate professional medical team and support staff at a reasonable and affordable cost.
