At 0700H, the City of Malabon University ROTC Unit conducted its 3rd training day for Military Science 2, held at the CMU Campus, Pampano Corner, Maya-maya St., Longos, and Malabon City. Members of the Training Staff, together with the Graduate Military Assistant and Cadet Officers led by CMUROTCU Admin NCO under the supervision of COL ROMMEL M AGPAOA INF (GSC) PA, Commandant, organized the MS-2 students into a battalion formation for accounting and checking of attendance.
At 0800H, the cadets have executed the manual of arms and the pass and review supervised by Cpl Ariel P Gabriel (QMS) PA, GMA, and advance cadet officers. This is to instill discipline, coordination, unison, alertness, and respect for weapons. It also teaches the cadets to act in a military manner.
At 1040H, the cadets have gone to their assigned classroom for the lecture Military Customs and Traditions 2, tackled by 1LT LUISITO M GARCIA PA (RES), Cpl Mary Jane M Pacheco PA (Res), Sgt Ryan Jay Bacani PA (Res), and Sgt Manny Cardenas PA (Res). Military customs and traditions guide cadets on proper conduct, respect, and discipline within the military organization. They preserve the heritage and values of the armed forces, promote unity and professionalism, and teach respect for authority, seniors, and fellow cadets.
At 1150H, the cadets formed at the CMU grounds for dismissal. At exactly 1200H, the cadets were dismissed and ended the 3rd training day.
