Every woman wants the result of her efforts in manicure to be utter perfection. But in order to achieve perfection, you must care for your nails regularly. If you’re already blessed with strong and beautiful nails, then the challenge before you is to preserve them in this condition.

Seven Habits of Highly Ineffective Workers (Part2)
By Maloi Malibiran- Salumbides

Effective workers and leaders have developed good habits through the years. These are habits that begin with a good and positive mindset translated to excellent behaviour.

Ayon kay Covey, highly effective people are proactive, they begin with the end in mind, they have the habit of putting first things first, they think win-win, they seek first to understand, then to be understood, they know how to synergize and they continually sharpen their saw.

Allow me to share with you
three remaining habits of highly ineffective workers sa part 2 ng ating series tungkol sa Seven Habits of Highly Ineffective Workers.

Bukod sa playing the blame game, procrastination, living to please everyone and being a chronic complainer ang tatlong habits na naobserbahan ko sa mga ineffective sa kanilang trabaho ay ito:

Habit #5 Don’t plan. Paminsan-minsan, it is relaxing not to have a plan and enjoy spur of the moment activities. But this is more an exception to the rule. Effective people begin with the end in mind, they plan. Ineffective people fail to plan.

Habit #6 Burn bridges and collect enemies. At sa tuwing may makaka-away ka you leave the company and cut all your ties with the people there. If you keep on burning bridges dahil sa mga misunderstanding o pagkakagalit na nangyari, baka dumating ang panahon wala ka ng malakaran at mapuntahan. Effective people know how to handle conflicts. Ineffective workers collect enemies and burn bridges.

Habit #7 Refuse to learn new things. Napa-isip tuloy ako, maraming empleyado gusto ng short-cut, kukuha ng certificate para may maipakita sa iba pero the very thing that that certificate represents, knowledge and learning new things, yun ang ayaw nila. May certificate man o wala, new knowledge and skills that you learn will never be taken away from you.

If you want to be highly effective in your place of work, alam mo na ang mga habits na dapat iwasan at i-unlearn, playing the blame game, procrastination, living to please everyone, being a chronic complainer, fail to plan, burn bridges and collect enemies and refuse to learn new things.

Be a blessing in the workplace today!
