Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription dispensing and medication orders.
- Manage inventory, including stock rotation and expiration date monitoring.
- Prepare and label medications accurately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including answering queries and offering assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing prescriptions and processing insurance claims.
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medications and medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Medical course background is a plus.
