Dear Parents, let us be aware about Milk Overload 🚨

Too much milk can:
- Cause iron deficiency
- Fill them up, leaving less room for solids
- Lead to digestive issues
Stick to 2-3 cups a day and focus on balanced solids. Check with your pediatrician! 👶💡

UTI alert for parents! 🚨 Urinary Tract Infections in babies can be caused by bacteria, often due to poor hygiene or not changing diapers frequently. To prevent UTI:
- Change diapers often
- Clean front to back
- Encourage fluids (breast milk or formula)
- Avoid tight clothing
If your baby shows signs like fever, fussiness, or vomiting, see a doc pronto! 👶💡
