LOOKING FOR: Private Duty MALE Nurse (RN) / Caregiver
📍 Location: Malasiqui, Pangasinan
👨‍⚕️ Patient: Elderly ambulatory patient with early-stage Parkinson’s disease
🏠 Setting: Home-based care
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) or experienced Caregiver
Experience with elderly or Parkinson’s patients preferred
Knowledge in mobility assistance, fall prevention, medication reminders, and companionship
Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
Ability to monitor vital signs and observe changes in condition
Can assist with activities of daily living (walking support, hygiene, meals, exercises)
Schedule: Stay-out / in; 12 hours shift
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Location: Malasiqui, Pangasinan
