Qualifications:
✅ Willing to be trained
✅ Can work under pressure
✅ Dedicated and detail-oriented

Duties & Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist the surgeon and OR team during procedures
🔹 Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
🔹 Ensure the operating room is clean and organized
🔹 Handle patient positioning and pre-operative preparations
🔹 Support post-operative care and room turnover
