📢 Medical Mission Announcement

We are inviting everyone to take part in our upcoming Medical Mission. To ensure a smooth and organized process, patients are encouraged to arrive early, preferably before 8:00 AM, on April 18, 2026 at MRD Bldg., for registration.

Please be guided by the flow of the medical mission, as there will be several stages to follow:

Registration
Spiritual Counseling
Triaging / Sugar Testing
Dental / Surgical Services
Pharmacy

Kindly come prepared and take note of the following reminders:
✔️ Bring your own drinking water
✔️ Wear comfortable clothes, as there may be waiting time
✔️ Bring your medical records (if any), especially for those seeking surgical or consultation services

📌 Please be reminded that this is on a first come, first served basis, and we will accommodate up to 150 patients only.

We are proud to announce that DE LOS REYES DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC has entered into an agreement early this year with Malay Municipal Hospital and the San Jose Municipal Health Office of San Jose, Romblon to serve accredited members of PhilHealth’s YAKAP Program.

The YAKAP Program is an expanded initiative under PhilHealth’s KONSULTA Package, designed to provide more comprehensive and continuous primary care services to Filipinos. It strengthens preventive care, early diagnosis, and proper management of health conditions by ensuring patients have access to essential laboratory tests, diagnostics, and medical consultations.

Through this partnership, our clinic is fully equipped and ready to support patients enrolled in the YAKAP Program by offering the required diagnostic and laboratory services included in the package. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered for the communities we serve.
