๐Ÿง‚ Ang asin di lang pang-sablig aron makamata ka gikan sa lumay!
๐Ÿ’ก Ang asin, labi na kung iodized, makatabang malikayan ang iodine deficiency.

๐Ÿ“œ Kabahin niini, na-mugna ang ASIN LAW (RA 8172) kaniadtong 1995.
Sa Pilipinas, kinahanglan iodized ang tanang asin nga ibaligya sumala sa ASIN Law (RA 8172)! Kini nga balaod gimugna aron malikayan ang iodine deficiency nga makadala sa goiter, kakulangan sa panghuna-huna, ug uban pang sakit.

โœ… Ngano nga importante ang iodized salt?
๐Ÿง  Ang iodine makatabang sa husto nga kalamboan sa utok, metabolismo, ug maayong panglawas. Kung kulang ta niini, daghan kaayong sakit ang atong masinati!
๐Ÿ’ช Ang Iodine Deficiency usa sa tulo ka micronutrient deficiency nga taas ang kaso sa Pilipinas.

โš–Unsaโ€™y gikinahanglan sa balaod?
โœ” Kinahanglan iodized ang tanang asin nga ibaligya sa merkado.
โŒ Ang non-iodized nga asin dili dapat gamiton sa pagkaon.
๐Ÿ› Ang gobyerno may katungod sa pagpatuman sa balaod.

๐Ÿ’ก Unsaโ€™y imong mabuhat?
1.) Siguroha nga iodized ang imong asin, busa tan-awa ang label!
2.) Ipahibalo ang uban kabahin sa kahinungdanon sa iodine sa atong pagkaon.
3.) Suportahi ang mga programa nga nagpalambo sa atong panglawas.

Para sa mas himsog ug luwas nga kinabuhi, gamita ang IODIZED SALT!
