Yesterday, February 25, 2026, BukSU workfoce gathered to celebrate Wellness Wednesday, a meaningful pause dedicated to promoting mental health, strengthening connections, and building resilience within our academic community.

Through the Karaoke Booth, Dance/Zumba Corner, Sikwate Corner, Cinematherapy Session, Couples Lab, and Affirmation Wall, each Care Zone provided opportunities for restoration, reflection, engagement, and shared joy.
