Compare the before and after photos: Notice that on the before picture the left leg is shorter than the right, the muscles of the back area are tensed, notice the misalignment of the spine....see the big difference on the after photo.

A lot of times we think that we don't have a problem in our posture but if we go for assessment only then we can find a lot of problems in our body.
