Congratulations to mommy ND for pushing hard to deliver her 3000g baby. This was her first pregnancy, and her BOW ruptured few hours before normal spontaneous delivery.

MB is our patient diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on insulin. Indeed one of the risk factor in developing GDM is PCOS prior to pregnancy. So mommies, be sure to attend the prenatal check up regularly to have the screening, and management right on time.

QL has history of preterm delivery. During this second pregnancy, she was admitted at 28 weeks with this fear that she will deliver preterm again. She was also diagnosed with GDM on diet. We did close monitoring and manage to address preterm labor.
Just last night, thank God we were able to deliver her second baby at 38 weeks AOG BW 3200g AGA thru LTCS for arrest in dilation contracted midplevis.
