Struggle talaga ang pagsusugat ng ni***es while breastfeeding especially sa mga first time moms. (Hawak Pader, Tiis Ganda) Pero bakit nga ba nagkakaganon?

Breastfeeding should not be painful as long as you latch properly. If may pain, causing sore or cracked ni***es, you must CORRECT the latch. 🤱
