📣Due to the recent IATF and LGU guidelines placing Bulacan under Alert Level 3, we will be imposing NO VACCINE, NO ENTRY POLICY in our clinic starting January 12, 2022 until further notice.
🟡Pagpapakita ng vaccination card para sa mga bakunado. Para naman sa mga kulang pa ang bakuna at hindi bakunado, kinakailangang magpakita ng negative result ng rapid antigen o RT-PCR sa nakalipas na 72 oras.
