HISTORY

Bajar Dental Clinic first opened its clinic in Meycauayan, Bulacan, in front of McDonalds outlet, way back January 2000. It lasted only for several months due to the place being prone to flood. The operation lasted from May 2000 until May 2004, since the owner, Dr. Jose Rodel Bajar, entered school again and seeks further studies. June 2010, Dr. Bajar opened a clinic in Paseo del Congreso, Liang Malolos City, Bulacan, lasting until May 2016 since the building is planned to be demolished. The present location of Bajar Dental Clinic is now located at Paseo del Congreso, Catmon, Malolos City. MISSION

Dental Assistant Hiring Details:

👉 Step-by-Step Application Process:

1. Submit Resume – Email or hand in your updated resume.
2. Initial Interview – Screening interview with the hiring team.
3. Skills Assessment – Basic task demo or trial task (if required).
4. Job Offer – If qualified, you’ll receive an offer to begin training.

👉 Training Period:

15 Days Training Allowance – Paid training during the onboarding period.

Must complete training to proceed to probationary status.

👉Employment Phases:

1. Probationary Period (6 Months):
Compensation: Minimum wage.

Evaluation: Performance and attendance will be monitored for regularization.

2. Regular Employment:

👉Compensation: Minimum wage with full benefits.

Benefits Include:

Birthday Incentive: Paid day off or birthday bonus.

👉2 Sets of Uniforms: Provided annually.

Sick Leave and Vacation Leave: Earned after regularization.
