I’m Shiela Marie Manjares-Bulus, a licensed psychologist (RPsy) and registered psychometrician (RPm) based in the Philippines. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology finished at Pamantasang Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) and am currently completing my PhD in Educational Psychology at La Consolacion University Philippines – Malolos. I’m a Senior Lecturer I at Centro Escolar University – Malolos, where I teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses, focusing on experimental, educational, and clinical psychology. Outside of the academe, I provide clinical and legal psychological assessments, and I’m affiliated with several mental health clinics including MHAPPS Psychological Services, HPS, and APC. I also offer research consultations and instrument validation services, especially for students and professionals conducting psychological studies.
