The Bars® are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, and considerations as they are stored in the brain. When activated, The Bars can help facilitate reduction of stress, pain and trauma throughout the body and increase positive attitudes toward life. Access Bars is a gentle touch hands-on alternative therapy technique introduced by Gary M. An Access Bars Session, or having your Bars run, as it is often called, begins to release the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and limiting programs that no longer serve you. During a session the 32 Bars points are lightly touched. This process begins to release the electromagnetic charge or polarity of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations and decisions as it is stored in your brain. Typically, you lie on a massage table or sit in a zero gravity chair. There is no need to remove any clothing. Only the head, hands and feet (optional) are touched. It's nice to have a blanket on hand, as sometimes your body temperature may change. Sessions typically last 45 to 90 minutes. Introductory or taster sessions are typically 20 minutes. The Bars can be run anywhere; a noisy environment will not prevent the Bars from running. I have run Bars in hospitals, at the park, outdoors, in offices, at airports, on airplanes and in various other locations.

Rhythm of the Lands
by Helena Grace Prudenciado

Inspired by the strength, movement, and spirit of Africa,

Rhythm of the Lands captures a moment where culture and motion become one.

Every line, color, and gesture reflects Helena’s deep sensitivity to rhythm, form, and storytelling through art.

This piece was proudly showcased at the Articulate Exhibit at Hiraya Gallery in July 2021 —

A milestone that celebrated not just Helena’s talent, but her voice as an artist.

More than an artwork,

Rhythm of the Lands is a tribute to heritage, expression, and the power of inclusive creativity.

💙 We continue to celebrate Helena’s journey —

And the spaces that choose to make room for artists of all abilities.

Side by side, the difference speaks for itself.

When we compared Miguel’s earlier painting to his latest work, the growth was clear —

More detail, more layers, finer strokes, and a deeper confidence in his craft.

This kind of progress doesn’t happen overnight.

It comes from years of practice, patience, and dedication to learning.

Miguel isn’t just painting anymore —

He’s mastering his craft, one brushstroke at a time. 💙

We’re proud of how far he’s come,

And even more excited to see where his art will take him next.

When asked about his favorite painting,

Miguel didn’t choose the most complex piece.

He didn’t pick the most colorful one either.

He chose halo-halo — his favorite food.

At 23 years old, Miguel carries the innocence and simplicity of a child,

Even as his hands show years of discipline, practice, and mastery in the arts.

This is what makes his work special.

Skill shaped by patience.

Art guided by joy.

And a heart that paints what it loves.

💙 We celebrate Miguel — for his talent, his dedication, and the beautiful simplicity that shines through his art.

PEOPLE NOW — in Japan 🇯🇵

From the Philippines to Japan — Miguel’s art is traveling farther than ever.

Here, Miguel’s mom & ate proudly carry the Miguel Echo Bag, showing that art created with heart knows no borders.

What began as a drawing on canvas is now journeying across countries, carried by people who believe in inclusion, creativity, and purpose.

This is what looks like around the world —

Stories shared, talent uplifted, and love for Filipino artistry carried wherever we go.

✨ If you’ve brought your Echo Bag on your travels or daily adventures, share it with us!

Every artwork Miguel creates begins with process, patience, and purpose.

With the guidance of his OT and art mentor, Teacher Stan, Miguel follows a thoughtful creative flow:

📸 He starts by taking a photo of his subject

📐 The image is translated into simple geometric forms

✏️ Miguel carefully draws the design

🎨 And then paints it, layer by layer

Depending on the complexity, a single piece can take 1 to 3 months to complete.

This is why every artwork Miguel creates is fully original —

Shaped by his own vision, supported by structure, and brought to life through time and dedication.

💙 Behind each finished piece is patience, mentorship, and a deep respect for the artist’s process.

This is what it looks like when talent is nurtured and creativity is allowed to grow.

PEOPLE NOW — in Dasmariñas, Cavite

Change doesn’t always happen on big stages.

Sometimes, it moves quietly —

Carried through everyday walks, shared beliefs, and simple acts of support.

Seen here in Dasmariñas, Cavite, the Echo Bag carries more than art.

It carries a message of empowerment, inclusion, and belief in the talents of artists with disabilities.

✨ Now we’d love to see yours.

If you’ve received or bought an Echo Bag, share how you carry it.

Post your photo, tag us, and use — let art travel with you.

💙 From all of us at , thank you for carrying art forward

And helping create change, one step at a time.

Fourteen years.
Two sessions a week.
And a love for art that never stopped.

Miguel has been painting twice a week with Teacher Stan for 11 years —

And even before that, he trained for 3 years with Teachers Sheila and Dom.

From the time he was 9 years old, Miguel showed up, painted, learned, and kept going.

This is dedication.

This is discipline.

This is passion practiced over time.

Behind every artwork is not just talent, but years of guidance, patience, and commitment to the craft.
💙

We celebrate Miguel — his teachers, his journey, and the quiet perseverance that shapes true artists.

This is what it looks like when creativity is nurtured, supported, and allowed to grow.

An office in Makati chose to and . 💙

This workplace didn’t just get for their entire team —

They chose to support artists with disabilities

And carry stories of creativity, inclusion, and purpose into their everyday work.

Every bag shared is a message passed on.

That art belongs everywhere.

And inclusion belongs in every workplace.

Thank you for choosing gifts that matter and for standing with our artists.

Three years after graduating, Helena finally landed her dream internship.

This is the reality for many persons with autism in the Philippines —

employment opportunities are limited, and the waiting is long.

During those years, Helena didn’t stop.

She continued her therapy, strengthened her skills, and kept creating —

Even while hoping for a door to open.

And when it mattered, the community stood up for her during our 2025 Echo Bag relaunch,

Choosing to support, believe, and carry her art forward.

Inclusion is not easy in our country.

But with your support, we can help make Helena’s dream — and a million other dreams — possible.

💙 This is what looks like.

Thank you for standing with our artists and choosing inclusion, every step of the way.
