My name is Candee Teng, and my journey to mental wellness has been a turbulent yet transformative one. Clinically diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses—including Bipolar Disorder, DID, an Eating Disorder, PTSD, and Clinical Depression—I was in a dark place. Suicidal thoughts plagued me, and I saw no hope for my life. In 2017, I hit rock bottom, with my relationships and family life crumbling around me. As a single mother, I felt like a failure, a hopeless case. My mental illnesses defined me, leaving me uncertain of what I wanted or who I was. In November 2017, everything changed when I encountered life coaching through D' Cup Coffee Republic. I became a certified life coach in February 2018 with Life Coach Philippines, and began partnering with Master Coach A. Through various mental health programs and serving others suffering from similar mental challenges, I realized that my mental illness is not my identity. I learned that even with mental challenges, there is hope, and I could live a beautiful life filled with significance. It was simply a matter of choice. I choose to continually invest in my mental fitness, embracing the healing process no matter how painful, knowing that it’s through facing my pain that my wounds can mend, allowing me to grow. In choosing to embrace my brokenness, I encountered God’s healing power and grace. In 2023, I reached a significant milestone, leaving my psychiatrist's office with a history mark, signaling healing from my mental illnesses. Now, my journey continues toward advocating for mental fitness, being a voice for fellow sufferers, urging them to rise up, and knowing that healing is possible. Today, I am a full-time Professional Certified CACC Life and Mental Health Coach from Life Coach Philippines. I am a Neurodivergent Life and Mental Health Coach who helps clients transform overwhelm to clarity, heal from emotional pain, and manage their mental conditions through creative expression. I invite you to join me on this journey toward mental fitness and fulfillment. Together, we can make progress, healing and growing to live meaningful, significant lives. Let's work together to support and uplift each other, creating a positive impact for ourselves and many others along the way. The journey to mental wellness and meaningful living is one we can embark on together, and I look forward to sharing this path with you. Checkout my website: https://www.tranquilmental.com/

The most valuable thing you do probably isn't only creating awareness.
It's not about what you say.
It doesn't happen in isolation.
And yet, it's the thing people remember.
It happens in passing:
You untangle a knot in someone's thinking.
You listen so well they find their own voice and answer.
You see the mental pattern before anyone else does.
Those moments are rare.
Not because you can't do them often,
but because isolation leaves no room to journey with someone.
Here's the shift:
What if those moments were the work that makes life meaningful?
The reason people hire you.
That's the premise behind the Co-Actively Co-Create Life Coach Certification Program:
✅ Name and sharpen the skills you already use
✅ Build a Mental Health practice not just an advocacy that puts them at the center
✅ Earn a CPD-Accredited (40 units) credential recognized worldwide
“The most successful people have Saturday systems that create Sunday peace and Monday momentum.”
Brands need to put equal efforts into content creation, focusing more on long-form content, how-to videos, demos, and photo stories. My Saturday system includes creating content that teaches, not just entertains.
My Saturday content creation ritual:
🌈 Deep Work Time: Creating substantial content when my mind is clear
🌈 Batch Creation: Preparing multiple pieces while in creative flow]
🌈 Strategic Rest: Balancing creation with genuine renewal
The difference between content creators who burn out and those who thrive isn’t talent—it’s having systems that sustain both creativity and well-being.
What’s your Saturday system for creating content that matters? Share ONE element of your weekend creative process—let’s learn from each other’s Saturday wisdom!

You are joining me for Day 1 of our 7-Day Journey of Hope and Healing.
In today’s episode, we will talk about "Family Problems and Mental Health."

Join me as I show you that you’re not alone and there is hope for healing.
Anxiety and depression doesn't just drain your energy.
It drains the months you'll never get back.
Every month you wait is a month you could have been healing, gaining confidence, self-worth, and building the kind of life that you want— again and again.
A simple test before you invest in yourself:
1. Will this give me the skills to manage my conditions?
2. Will someone be journeying with me right away?
3. Will it help me gain the skills to become financially independent years from now?

Creators and brands will get more creative with longer and more original content as the social landscape evolves. This Thursday taught me something profound: innovation comes from going deeper, not wider.
Here are three Friday insights about leading rather than following:
👉 Original Thinking: Developing your own frameworks instead of copying others
👉 Strategic Patience: Building something meaningful while others chase quick wins
👉 Authentic Voice: Speaking your truth instead of echoing popular opinions
Your brand should be the trendsetter who sets waves and begins conversations. Friday's energy is perfect for this kind of strategic thinking.
The most valuable content doesn’t follow formulas—it creates them.
Ready to stop following and start leading? Comment below with ONE original idea you’ve been hesitating to share—let’s turn Friday insights into trendsetting content!

Anxiety rarely comes from doing too little.
It comes from piling on too much.
More tolerations. More thoughts and emotions unexpressed.
All in the name of “peace.”
But you can't dig yourself out with the same shovel that buried you.
The way out is subtraction.
Careful. Deliberate. Precise.
Start with the obvious culprits:
• The situations that overwhelms you.
• The toxic relationships.
• The “quick favor” that comes with gaining approval.
One thoughtful cut can create more breathing room.
In the Co-Actively Co-Create Life Coach Certification Program(CPD-Accredited, 40 units, The CPD Group UK), we teach the art of removing the noise — and building a business and advocacy around what's essential:
• Clearing the pain that keeps you stuck.
• Creating systems that make you gain control of your life.
• Earning for the value you create, not for others but for yourself.
Enrollment is open now.
The next LIVE Face-to-Face Life Coaching Bootcamp is on September 5 & 6 at the Function Hall of D' Cup Coffee Republic.
As we close another month, there’s been a growing shift towards gated content and private communities. This Friday feels like the perfect time to reflect on what really matters: building genuine relationships that transcend platform changes.
The Friday future mindset includes:
Relationship Investment: Choosing depth over reach in your connections.
Value Creation: Building something that matters regardless of algorithm changes.
Authentic Presence: Being genuinely helpful instead of performatively busy.
These shifts will redefine social engagement and demand leading with purpose in a digitally-driven world. The future belongs to those who use technology to amplify humanity, not replace it.
Ready to build a Friday future worth sharing? Drop a ✨ in the comments and tell us ONE way you’re prioritizing authentic connection over vanity metrics—let’s end the month celebrating what really matters!

She didn't slow down.
She didn't listen to the fatigue.
She told herself she could handle it — until her body proved her wrong.
One morning, she experienced her chest tightening, she collapsed on the floor, she couldn't breathe, fear overcame her, and she was having an anxiety panic attack. The incident made headlines. But what came after was the real story: she rebuilt her life around the importance of mental health and advocating for mental fitness. The belief that living life without taking care of your mental health is like living a life holding a ticking bomb that can go off anytime.
That's the trap too many neurodivergents fall into — thinking there can no longer be any breaking point because of their mental condition. The truth is, by the time you see the cliff, you're already falling.
If you've been telling yourself, “I can push through a little longer,”
Remember this: Every day you wait, the cost compounds, and that cost is your life.
HELP IS AVAILABLE, because YOU MATTER.
You are not alone,
Coach Candee

In 2025, brands will strive for smaller-scale, audience-focused virality to achieve goals more effectively. Wednesday clarity reminds me that my mission isn’t mass reach—it’s meaningful impact.
My Wednesday why centers on:
Depth Over Width: Serving neurodivergents well rather than serving everyone.
Value Creation: Building something that lasts beyond the algorithm.
Authentic Connection: Nurturing real relationships, not just follower
As a Neurodivergent Life and Mental Health Coach, I’ve learned that 60% of social content aims to entertain, educate, or inform—but the most successful content does all three while staying true to your mission.
What drives your content creation—reach or resonance? Share in the comments how you balance viral potential with genuine value—I’d love to learn from your Wednesday wisdom!

Turning points happen in life when you stop and take a rest.
Stop and take a rest from listening to other people.
Stop and take a rest from trying to gain other's approval.
Stop and take a rest from trying to prove your worth to someone else.
As you take that rest, in that space, you will find the part of you that had been buried under years of chasing... whispering:
“You are who you've been waiting for all along.”
Rest and acknowledging yourself isn't the opposite of progress.
It's the pause that lets you point your life in the direction you actually want to go.
When you learn that you matter, you learn to protect your energy, what is valuable to you, and turn those overwhelming thoughts into clarity of the kind of life you want to own — not one where people tell you to own.
If your mental health condition has been tightening its grip, this is your opening to step out of it — with structure, guidance, and a sacred space to nurture and bring forth your authentic self.
A year from now, you'll either remember this as the day you started building the life you wanted…
or as the day you stayed on the same path... a path that continues to destroy your worth and confidence.
You Choose.
You matter
You're not alone,
Coach Candee

You don’t create change by posting statistics alone.
You create it in the spaces where people feel safe enough to speak,
safe enough to break the silence,
safe enough to be human.
You don’t advocate in isolation.
You advocate with a tribe—
voices rising together,
stories shared together,
stigma dismantled together.
Advocacy is not just awareness.
It’s action.
It’s listening when others are afraid to talk.
It’s naming what culture tries to hide.
It’s walking with those who feel they can’t take another step.
AI can analyze symptoms.
But it cannot offer presence.
It cannot replace compassion.
It cannot build belonging.
Step into the tribe.
This is where advocacy becomes transformation.
👉 The Co-Actively Co-Create (CACC) Life Coach Certification Program equips advocates with coaching skills to foster psychological safety, nurture resilience, and create spaces where healing can take root.

Three Ways Life Coaching Improves Your Mental Health

Feel stuck in your life, unfulfilled or lacking in direction? You might benefit from a life coach. “Life coaches are trained to help you heighten your self-awareness, validate your strengths, boost your confidence and guide you to visualize a positive future,” says stress reliance specialist and life coach Heidi M. Weiker, MSSA. The service strikes a chord among people who want to derive more meaning from their lives. “It’s the contemporary thing to do – hire a coach – and it’s different from therapy,” says Weiker. The biggest difference: “Coaching focuses on giving you hands-on methods and evidence-based tools for creating positive changes,” she says. Here are three ways that life coaching can boost your mental health and well-being:
Identifying your strengths. You can make better choices if you know how to capitalize on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. “Data show that 70 percent of us can’t identify our own strengths,” says Weiker. “Our goal is to give you a solid understanding of what makes you strong, unique and talented and how to use those gifts to get where you want to go.”
Providing you practical information and tools. It’s helpful to reflect on the factors and forces that got you where you are. But a good life coach will also help you prepare a blueprint for taking action in the future. “We give you guidance on putting to use everything you’ve learned,” Weiker says. “People will often tell me that they walk away from coaching with an idea of moving forward and how to utilize resources to make a change in their lives.”
Connecting your passion to your purpose. What do you feel you were put on this earth to do? A life coach will help you figure it out. “Sometimes your purpose doesn’t match you career,” says Weiker. “But we work on how you can put your multiple purposes into practice.”
Life coaching can be tailored to your needs. You might benefit from just a handful of sessions or need one every week for a few months. Usually there is “homework” – behavioral steps and practices you perform between visits that help reinforce your intentions and help you reach your goals. “We can help you live a life you design, rather than reacting to life as it’s moving along,” says Weiker.
